WHY BEA

Bermudez Executive Advisory was founded on a simple observation: as businesses grow, the organization behind the business does not always grow with them.

Leadership becomes stretched. Roles and accountability become less clear. Hiring turns reactive. Processes that worked at an earlier stage begin to break down. Eventually, those organizational pressures can get in the way of executing the company's strategy.

After nearly 30 years in executive leadership, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and human resources, Raymond D. Bermudez, PHR, founded BEA to help leaders address those challenges before they become barriers to growth.

Ray brings the perspective of a senior executive who has led workforce strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, and performance initiatives in complex global organizations. His experience includes more than eight years in senior leadership roles at Fiserv, as well

as service as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer and Gulf War veteran.

BEA brings that experience directly to founders, CEOs, and executive teams—providing practical, customized guidance to strengthen leadership, organizational structure, workforce capability, and execution while respecting the strategy and vision of the business.
